The questions are cringe-inducing and petty for Putin. And his answers make sense. I only see one person talking with common sense here and that is, sorry to say it, Vladimir Putin.

The nonsense that this man is an oppressive leader can go straight to the realm of fables. I know many people there and now also Dutch families who have moved to the country and do not feel safer anywhere than in Hungary. The only one that can screw that up is the pernicious European Union.
And yes, you can just openly criticize Orbán, in order to suppress the nonsensical statements of certain media for good. They claim that criticism of Orbán is punishable by corporal punishment or prison terms. What nonsense.
Heard somewhere, keep repeating and it's true.
How different it is in the Netherlands, by the way. Demonstrate for freedom with peace-loving people and you have a chance to be completely beaten up by police officers or romeo's. And worst of all, empty heads of compatriots are still cheering, not realizing that they will come for them next time.
Orban on Russia

Critics definitely won't take the time to listen to this interview. It might influence their instilled opinion by the media and then they have to think for themselves. And that takes effort and you suddenly no longer belong to the herd.
If every country thought and acted like Orbán, there would have been excellent cooperation in Europe without an EU and therefore without a centralized, unelected, power in Brussels.
It has been the biggest mistake of this century and it will turn out to be a disaster for European citizens.
Either because of a war with Russia where we are blindly withdrawn, or caused by the unstoppable arrogance and expansionism of NATO and the EU, which meanwhile impose the woke culture and even pumping into children's heads in kindergartens as a diversion to drag us into an oppressive totalitarian society with a social credit system, copied from China and already reality in places in Italy, where people are "judged by their behavior" by a "points system". Is all this normal and desirable? I ask the simple souls who are now suddenly referring to World War II with stories of brave resistance fighters they identify with as they start up the next episode of Netflix series?
Perhaps countries have considered that people like Victor Orbán should not know anything about this emerging all-destroying woke culture, nor participate in mass immigration to protect the country and its people and fulfill its election promises.
Hungary first. It is the same attitude that Donald Trump had (and has). An example for other countries, but unfortunately we only see this attitude in countries with a strong leader.
The way the West rages against people like Orbán is outrageous and dangerous. Public opinion is so easy to influence. People are walking around with flags of Ukraine having no idea what is actually going on. Give them a Naziflag and they support the Azov Battalion, the fighters of the country.
What's going on in short: We are not the good guys here. Open Nazis and fascists are fighting with weapons from Western Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States against a country that did not ask for this war but also does not allow itself to be attacked.
I am ashamed to be a Westerner, where I used to proudly call myself a Dutchman. That feeling is long gone. For the first time, the Netherlands plunges into war with a country that possesses nuclear weapons instead of remaining neutral. How crazy can you be, Rutte?

NATO barks out war language and stands armed at the gates of Russia, when they have no business there. Have the Russians ever stood at the gates of the US or the EU?

People who recognize Putin as their leader and Putin who recognizes them as his people.
Eastern Ukraine has been bombed and terrorized by the Azov Battalion since 2014. You know. The publicly admitting Nazis and Fascists who fight with weapons from the US, EU and UK.
But we hear nothing more about the next story.

Putin has drawn a red line and NATO has crossed it deliberately or out of stupidity (I suspect the former).
The prejudice you read in the media about the “autocratic” Orbán is shocking. The man stands for everything we used to stand for. It seems that Eastern Europe has learned what it is like to live under oppression in a totalitarian society while the West feels superior and worth nothing without the US and without Russian gas. This would not have happened under Donald Trump. Trump will do anything for America and Putin will do anything for Russia. The EU had stood by for bacon and beans because Trump made them pay heavily for protection against, for example, Russia.
When these two nationalists meet, mutual respect is immediately established and matters are resolved at the table and not on the battlefield.
We can count on Victor Orbán now and it is hoped that we will have another strong American leader in 2024. Either Donald Trump or a man like Ron DeSantis. The Republican party has changed quite a bit since Biden took office.

The world is divided into 3 world powers. NATO, Russia and China.
