Today (in part 26) the judgment of the Court of Appeal of The Hague dated 19 April 2022 is discussed. It is important to first watch yesterday's broadcast (medical weekly news) because it already provides a lot of information:
This broadcast is about the judgment regarding the appeal (in summary proceedings) against the individual members of the Health Council, the MEB and the State (with regard to the immediate suspension of the injection campaign to inject people with experimental gene therapy for a longer period of time until it is clear is what the long-term consequences of this are).
This legal procedure initiated by us is the direct result of the fact that the State time and again 'hides' behind the so-called 'sacred' advice of the OMT, the Health Council and a number of such shady clubs, while there is clearly of perverse financial incentives and of conflicts of interest, as was already the case during the Mexican flu (then about half of the so-called independent scientists were on the payroll of Big Pharma).
Virtually all of the Health Council's recommendations are illegal now that none of the 7 legal criteria have been met (which we have extensively proven in an almost 100-page summons). However, the Court of Appeal does not dare to discuss the CONTENT of the case, but only considers whether Virus Truth is admissible or not. Absurdly enough, Viruswaarheid, the NVKP and Jeroen Pols were declared inadmissible as plaintiffs on appeal, while they were admissible in the first instance. There will therefore be a report in the very short term by Viruswaarheid against these 3 judges: mr. P. (Paul) Glazener (chairman), mr. MY (Michel) Bonneur and Mrs. ME Honee. The latter also turns out to have all kinds of dubious ancillary relationships.
It is absurd to say that these injections have been added to the National Vaccination Program at all, since none of the products has been definitively approved (after all, most clinical trials are only completed between December 2022 and March 2024) and there is now only an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) or a provisional authorization where the therapeutic indication is 'active immunisation'. It was pointed out during the trial that the experimental gene therapeutic injections do not meet any of the requirements
conditions for provisional admission.
For example, the stated goal by the developers of the experimental gene therapeutic injections is to take them only for yourself and explicitly not for anyone else (even if that's what our government is trying to tell us).
However, the court has not said a word about this. The judiciary once again proves itself to be an unscrupulous extension of the ruling power. This is a grotesque robbery of the rule of law. These are criminals in togas.
